Monika Schulze has a broad range of experience in the FMCG and Insurance industries, having successfully served in senior executive positions for almost 30 years in different countries. Before she served as a Head of Customer Office and Innovation in Germany, she joined Zurich Insurance headquarters in Switzerland as a Global CMO. Prior to that she run her own business as a strategic consultant. In the last two positions at Unilever she served as Vice President Brand Development Europe and as Business Director Foods with P&L responsibility in Hungary. Monika‘s strength is inventing new, more powerful and profitable ways to build strong businesses and brands – especially in the context of massive industry transformation and digital disruption. She is an early adopter of digital platforms and projects.

After a successful career start in a French Bank (CDC) front office support, Florent left finance business to launch Areks, a consulting and training start-up company based in Paris, New York and Kobe. Working for multiple pharmaceutical companies, Florent and his partners developed the business and successfully completed the company sale to IQVIA, triggering Florent decision to join AstraZeneca where he assumed successively multiple local and global commercial roles, including 4 years in Japan during which he led the Respiratory / GI franchise and achieved market leadership.

In January 2018, Florent decided to embark on a new adventure and joined Grünenthal, as SVP, Head of Global Commercial Excellence, function in which he is driving the implementation of Grünenthal New Commercial Framework and strategy. Florent is also a regular speaker at international Conferences like EyeForPharma and a passionate innovator and patient advocate.

Philippe has been working for MSD for 24 years, mainly in a variety of technology driven roles, with the last 12 years focused on omni-channel commercial capabilities. During those years, Philippe was first involved in the evolution of the EUCAN region's Customer Engagement strategy. As part of that evolution he has led the deployment of CRM/CLM capabilities in 20+ European markets and been actively involved in the deployment and revamping of MSD's customer portals (e.g. Univadis) and other related digital capabilities. Then, in the last few years, Philippe has moved into a global role focused on the design and integration of advanced digital customer engagement capabilities, such as Marketing Automation, and the implementation of these capabilities in MSD’s top 50 markets.
