Dr. Johannes Dittrich, Chief Compliance Officer, Vitesco Technologies

Johannes Dittrich is Chief Compliance Officer at Vitesco Technologies GmbH. For more than 15 years, he has focused on antitrust law and compliance. Prior to joining Vitesco Technologies, he worked for various international companies as an attorney in a large law firm until 2011. He regularly publishes and speaks on antitrust issues.

Dominik Becker, Chief Compliance Officer, Leader Compliance, LIXIL EMENA, Grohe

Dr. Dominik Becker has been in charge of the compliance organization at Grohe AG since May 2018 as Leader Compliance, LIXIL EMENA. Here he is responsible for compliance and trade compliance.

Previously Dr. Dominik Becker was responsible for antitrust law and trade compliance at the GEA Group in Düsseldorf. Later he also took over the supervision of compliance activities. Dr. Becker  can look back on extensive experience as a lawyer in antitrust law,  European law and EU state aid law, which he gained in international law  firms such as Clifford Chance and BDO Legal, as well as in global  companies such as Metro AG

Surinder Lall, Former SVP – Global Information Security Risk Management, Paramount

Surinder Lall is until recently the Senior Vice President of Information Security Risk Management at Paramount Global one of the world’s leading producers of premium entertainment content that connects billions of people in nearly every country in the world. Surinder has worked in tech centric leadership roles for the past 25 years. He has a post-graduate degree in IT and Telecommunications Law (LL.M) from Strathclyde University in addition he holds a number of certification in forensics, ethical hacking and cyber security. Surinder was was appointed to the UK Governments Cyber Security Advisory Board reporting to the Cabinet Office supporting the UK Governments programme for cyber transformation.

Thom Schiltmans, Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance, Corporate Security, Signify

Thom is an experienced security manager, currently employed in Signify, Corporate Security as Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance responsible for Security Risk management (incl. Vendor risk management), Governance of Security framework and Resilience (incl, crisis management), and Compliance for all security domains: cyber security (including products and OT) and physical security and all relevant compliance domains that require security attention: privacy, export controls, supply chain etc. Previously he was security manager at the City of Utrecht and the AEX.

Guillem Casoliva Cabana, Compliance Manager, Training & Education, Booking.com

Guillem Casoliva Cabana is a compliance manager at Booking.com and holds a PhD on team ethical culture from the Erasmus University Rotterdam School of Management, under the supervision of Professor Muel Kaptein. After completing his Masters in Corporate Communication and Reputation Management at Alliance Manchester Business School (2013), Guillem started working for Booking.com in 2014. Currently, Guillem’s main responsibilities at Booking.com are divided between compliance analytics, training & education, and managing a network of 300 ethics ambassadors. Guillem’s research focuses on ethical cultures at team level, and the importance of understanding team level cultures for enhancing the effectiveness of ethical programs in preventing unethical behavior.

Karin Griggel, Chief Compliance Officer, Linde

As SVP Assurance and Control at Skanska Group HQ, his main responsibilities are the establishment and maintenance of a governance framework to assure Skanska’s core set of policies, procedures and standards are properly implemented by the Business Units, and the development and implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management system. With a small team of specialists the role includes supporting the Group Leadership Team and other Headquarters functions in implementing and continuously developing the frameworks and associated risk controls, as a well as administering an annual Compliance Self-Assessment throughout the Group. Dr. Nikolaj Laschko, Deputy Regional Chief Compliance Officer, Schaeffler

Dr. Nikolaj Laschko is Compliance Director at Schaeffler Technologies. In his current role he is leading subregional unit within Compliance Team Europe in diverse core compliance areas such as business integrity, whistleblowing program, anti-trust and AML. Before joining Schaeffler Technologies in 2020 Mr. Laschko worked at major consulting, retail and FMCG companies in diverse in-house roles leading anti-fraud and anti-corruption program within HQs audit and compliance units since 2006.

Ruud Altena, Regional Head of Compliance, Europe and Asia, Braskem

Ruud Altena, based in the Netherlands, is currently a Global leader for Braskem Trade compliance and regional head of compliance for Braskem Europe and Asia at Braskem. Ruud Altena brings experience from previous roles at Omron Europe B.V. (as EMEA Head of Risk), AbbVie (as Ethics & Compliance Officer) and GSK Consumer Healthcare (as Benelux Head of Operations, Performance, Planning). Ruud holds a Masters in Supply Chain Management @ Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

Guilherme Rios, Head of Audit & Compliance APAC & EME, Vale

Guilherme is an Economist and holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, in addition to relevant professional certifications: Certified Internal Auditor – CIA, Certified Fraud Examiner - CFE, Certified Ethics & Compliance Professional - CCEP-I, Certification in Control Self-Assessment - CCSA and Certification in Risk Management Assurance - CRMA. Guilherme has 18 years’ experience in Audit, Investigations, Ethics and Compliance, working for multinationals across various industries, with projects in 20+ countries mainly focused on mining and commodities. He has been with Vale for the past 14 years and is currently leading the Internal Audit and Ethics & Compliance functions for Asia-Pacific, Europe and Middle East, based in Netherlands since 2023, after a period of 9 years in Singapore. He is also a member of the Risk, Audit and Compliance Committee of another mining company.

Dominik Ulrich, Chief Risk Officer, Wefox

Dominik Ulrich's career spans almost 20 years, with a rich background in building and leading global teams in Internal Audit, Information Risk Management, and Risk Advisory. Before joining wefox, Mr. Ulrich served as the EMEA Technology and Data Audit Lead, Group Audit IT Competency Lead, and local subsidiary Head of Audit at Zurich Insurance Group. He successfully oversaw design and execution of a complex audit plan covering technology, data and business risk exposures, leveraging data analytics-driven insights, and led the continuous enhancement of the technology audit function‘s approach globally. Dominik holds a Master's degree in Economics from Ruprecht-Karls-University, Heidelberg, Germany. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA).

Virginie Liautaud, Head of Compliance – Europe and Latin America, Ericsson

Virginie is an experienced Compliance Officer and leader and Litigation lawyer, working as a business partner on complex issues with a large international experience, always focused on taking into account all the needs of the business (such as commercial, financial, reputational, HR). She has a proven track record of partnering with business partners to reach clear compliance and legal goals and assessing risks in a variety of jurisdictions including in Middle East and Africa. She has experience designing compliance programs and successfully led compliance projects. As well she has experience in training executive committees and top management.

Gabriella Maher, Global Head of Enterprise Risk, DWS

Gabriella Maher currently serves as the Global Head of Enterprise Risk Management at DWS Group, a role assumed in October 2023. Previously, Gabriella was the Head of Enterprise Risk Management for Asset Management at Credit Suisse from March 2022 to October 2023 and held various leadership positions in enterprise and operational risk at UBS and Credit Suisse between 2016 and 2022. Gabriella began a career in risk management at Swiss Re from 2002 to 2015 and worked at GE Capital as a Risk Manager from 2000 to 2001. Earlier academic roles include Senior Lecturer at Universita degli studi di Perugia and Visiting Lecturer at Dublin City University. Educational background includes a Laurea in Mathematics from Sapienza Università di Roma and a PhD in Mathematical Finance from Università degli Studi di Perugia.

Mayank Joshi, Head of Cloud Governance, Risk & Compliance, NetApp

Mayank Joshi is an experienced GRC expert with a unique security perspective. Mayank’s experience as a Consultant prior to joining an internal security role at NetApp gave him exposure to security programs at leading technology companies including Amazon, Meta(FB), and Google. At NetApp, he is taking these learnings and his experience from these years to build and operate their Cloud Security & Compliance program.

Natalie Bobuska, Senior Manager for Data Science and Data Analytics E&C, Takeda

Natalia has experience leading data-driven technical innovation projects which leverage advanced machine learning techniques focused on improved compliance risk monitoring and internal process efficiencies. She has experience supporting the formulation and execution of GC Data Analytics vision, strategy and road map. She has built up data analytics capability within Group Compliance, including skilling-up compliance professionals in data analytics, formulation of data analytics / data science approaches for compliance assurance activities as well as for compliance core processes.

Laura Sata-Leinonen, Head of Internal Control, Neste

Laura is currently Head of Internal Control, Neste. She is esponsible for controls over financial and sustainability reporting. She started her career as a lecturer of Economics and have taught in several universities, in Europe and the United States. Later on, she worked for the European Union in the area of European Economic Law harmonization, in preparation for countries that joined the EU in the mid ‘90s. Inspired by Nokia’s mission of connecting people, she joined Nokia in 1999. For over 15 years career at Nokia, she held senior management roles in Finance and contributed to top and bottom-line financials, organizational and process streamlining, as well as SOX and Compliance. Following the Microsoft acquisition of Nokia Mobile Devices, she joined Microsoft as a global director of Controls and Compliance for the unit. She has also served as a senior financial adviser to F-Secure, implementing the IFRS15 based financial statements. She holds a master’s degree in Political Economy and an MBA in International Business, alongside with many other qualifications, such as certified Financial Executive, Board of Directors, SAP, COSO IC, etc.

Elbert Hidding, Head of Internal Audit, CGIAR

Elbert Hidding is the Head of Internal Audit at CGIAR, a leading research platform focused on agricultural development. CGIAR works on finding solutions to transform food, land, and water systems in response to the climate crisis. Elbert is a qualified Chartered Accountant in the Netherlands, a Certified Internal Auditor, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and holds a certification in Risk Management Assurance. Prior to joining CGIAR, he served as the Head of Internal Audit for a large Dutch international NGO and worked with EY in both the Netherlands and Australia.

Angeliki Mitropoulou, Compliance Officer, SBM Offshore

Angeliki is Compliance Officer at SBM Offshore and is based in Amsterdam. She was previously working in Athens for Biosafety S.A. and GAGDPR PC. She has legal and GDRP expertise.

Danny Mayhew, Global Head of Organisational Justice and Smart Assurance, Sanofi

Danny is Global Head for the Organizational Justice and Smart Assurance program in line with Sanofi's Ethics & Business Integrity 2026 Strategy encompassing Speak-up Office, Anti-Retaliation, Investigations, Fair & Consistent Disciplinary Actions and Monitoring.

Danny was previously Director of Compliance Investigations for Amgen’s Worldwide Compliance & Business Ethics function responsible for leading the compliance investigations program and team of investigators in Europe, Turkey, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, and for improving the program on a continuous basis. Prior to this, he was Investigations Manager Europe at BP.

Danny also had a long and successful career in law enforcement (specialist investigations)

Susan du Becker, Director Risk & Compliance, Microsoft

Susan is a director, for Risk & Compliance in Microsoft’s Supply Chain Hardware group with primary responsibility for ensuring that the Supplier base is compliant with the Microsoft policies and stated requirements for the group. A UK national now residing in the Netherlands, Susan came to Microsoft from Cisco where she was the designer and architect of the Corporate Ethics & Compliance Program across the company with an emphasis on Anti-Bribery & Corruption. She developed, introduced, and initiated the program globally ensuring compliance & ethics were embedded down through the country locations as well as with customers and partners alike. Susan holds a legal degree in International law, is certified through the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics (SCCE) on compliance, is an adjunct professor at the Sorbonne university teaching Compliance programs, is a certified Stanford Project Management SME as well as a major speaker at compliance conferences on the topics of Anti-Bribery & Corruption, ESG and compliance programs in general.
