Mr. Giammarco Cottani is Director, Global Tax Policy, at Netflix where he oversees all direct and indirect tax public policy-related issues the Group faces in all the countries it operates. From 2015 to 2019, he was a partner of the tax law firm L&P - Ludovici Piccone & Partners. He coordinated the transfer pricing practice, both prevention & resolution of domestic & international disputes & the assistance in audits.
Shravan is currently managing a team of professionals who handle the domestic and cross border Value Added Tax reporting of the Zalando Group. He previously worked in Deloitte and EY and has a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Limerick. He also has several licenses and certifications in e-commerce and management.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the Finance and Tax Technology space, Ana is currently leading the Global Tax Technology at Nestlé ensuring the current applications are in line with the current compliance and legal requirements and driving the digitisation agenda to enable the vision and strategy of the Tax Function. She previously led at Bacardi the Global Program for Digital Government
Gorka is based in Geneva, Switzerland. He was previously the EMEA VAT Manager at DXC Technology. He is a member of both the Editorial Board of the tax journal the International VAT Monitor, published by the IBFD in the Netherlands and of the EMEA Board of the Tax Executives Institute (TEI). He recently has co-written the book “VAT and International Trade”.
Jason has over 20 years of IT experience with 10 years as a global ERP and indirect tax subject matter expert. He has extensive experience leveraging innovative methods and industry-leading tools to improve the efficiency and quality of tax strategies, program functionalities, and product features. In his current role, he ensures that all indirect taxes are calculated and reported correctly to Finance and various tax authorities.
Peter Boerhof is the VAT Director for Vertex. In his role he provides insight and thought leadership regarding the impact of tax regulations, policy, enforcement and emerging technology trends in global tax. Peter has extensive experience in international transactions, business restructuring, tax process optimization and tax automation.
