Across European businesses the challenge of accurately calculating VAT on every transaction across your organisation has never been bigger due to the increasing complexity, regulatory requirements and risk associated with VAT. If your ERP system cannot accurately determine the VAT treatment, you can’t issue an invoice which can impact sales, your cashflow as well as customer relationships.
Fortunately, SAP run businesses have an advantage. For companies with more simplified operations, SAP’s VAT function will meet their needs, however, for companies with more complex operations and/or growing, VAT complexity increases and an integrated tax solution providing expanded automation, reporting and remittance capabilities, enable businesses to meet the challenges head on.
